Things that need to be addressed

Gotta put this lulzy letter here for reference later today. GOTTA FUCKING BRING THIS SHIT UP WITH OUR TWICE AS SHITTY ADMIN. I'm practically on the edge with this girl now.

Dear, Pii Chan.

For awhile now, the rest of the staff and I have been discussing the future of PiiTown. We feel that these concerns are very important to the structure and order for our site's future. We all want PiiTown to prosper from the fruits of our labor. However, we believe that this cannot be achieved with the way things are right now.

The most important thing this staff lacks is communication with our head admin. I understand that you cannot make yourself available all the time, but this is necessary. We have been trying many ways of contacting you but we still have yet to find an efficient way. As head admin and our boss, you must make yourself available at all times outside of the forum, ie in instant messaging programs, chatrooms, or even by phone. Having close contact with the whole staff off of the forum is a must. This ensures that everybody won't feel out of the loop and can ask you a question or suggest things to you at any time. We could easily do this on the forum, however the fastest way to sort things out is when we are all communicating one on one, at the same time.

What we have also noticed is a lack of organization skills. Events should have been planned way before this site was even up and running. Planning should not be done haphazardly a week before the actual event is slated to start. A week may seem more than enough time for you, since all you're doing is demanding what should be done, but it's a ridiculously small amount of times for those doing the actual work. Please keep in mind that, like you, the rest of the staff has more than enough to chew from with real life issues. Shoving tasks down our throats in such a short time is a real killer, we need time to breathe and take it all in.

With this being said, I suggest that you plan on thinking of concepts NOW for the rest of the events this year and even for future years. Organization is a must. Planning ahead is a must.
We need at least a month before the event to plan things out, discuss what items to be made, think about what kind of event it should be, etc.

Another issue a few of us are concerned about is our pay. While the amount we get paid every month will go up with the amount of donations we get, some of us feel that what we're getting isn't enough for the amount of work we put in. For those of us on the CG team (Kolya, Starshock, and I) we can easily earn at least $25-30+ for one picture if we do commissions. While we don't mind the pay and enjoy working for this site, we're a bit bothered about how much work we put into creating things for PiiTown but get paid a lot less than we would normally. Pay isn't a big concern, however, we think that things should be discussed if you're serious about paying us.

The least we ask from you is to organize, plan, and communicate. Admins on many other sites do more than just these things, some do coding or do actual pixel work. If you cannot meet our small standards for head admin/owner we ask that you please pass the responsibility to somebody who is more qualified and can help us out in more areas than one. We believe that you should still be acknowledged as the site's founder since this is essentially your site, you may tell us any ideas and concepts you have in mind for PiiTown and we'll do our best to emulate your ideas. In short, the burden and responsibilities of being head admin will be passed on to one of us and we can handle all the planning and organizing from there.
