I don't blog here as much as I used to anymore orz

Been on LJ more nowadays. However, even then, I haven't gotten around to posting any blogs for the past couple of days.

But UGH. Since Saturday or something, I've been raging with the rest of the art team(minus Istel and Zumi) about how retarded our "boss" is =___= I think I already explained this on LJ but yeah. Jesus christ on a fucking bike, she's so...irritating sometimes Dx

I dunno, I've been tolerating her for as long as I could and just sat there and lol'd at Kolya's reasonable rage but just this morning...wow.

So she wants a Valentine's Day event, okay, fine, I can deal with that. She wants event items and special art promo? Okay, we can do that. By when? The mother fucking 8th. THREE DAYS FROM NOW.

Sure, IT COULD BE DONE. It could be done if we KNEW WHAT WE WERE FUCKING DOING FIRST. But we don't. We don't have a clue what kinds of items to make. Therefore we don't know what to do and we can't do any promo art until we figure out what's good. Also, she doesn't even know what kind of event to make it. Post enough times for the items? A scavenger hunt? Fucking what? She brought up the idea of the event a couple of times but nothing set in stone. NOTHING. She doesn't have a clue. Seriously, her stupidity and lack of organization skills sucks. She doesn't know how to plan accordingly and she only announces things last minute. LAST FUCKING MINUTE.

She has it fucking easy, all she has to do is ORDER US AROUND BUT SHE STILL SUCKS AT THAT TOO. Wooooow. She really..really doesn't know how to organize things. I really wish she planned out everything, and I mean everything, for this entire year. MAKE A FUCKING PLAN FOR THE WHOLE YEAR, WHAT YOU WANT, WHAT YOU EXPECT, AND WE'LL TELL YOU WHAT WE CAN OR CAN'T DO.

But seriously, if she does that, things would probably run more smoothly because we know what she wants and when she wants it. If there's a fucking event, don't tell us last minute what you want. We're not fucking machines and we have lives and other things to do. We don't stay at home 24/7 and draw all the time. We just don't. Some of us have school, are college bound, and have jobs. Please be fucking realistic about this. PLEASE. Set things into stone a week or two before anything. It takes awhile to get things done even if we have a lot of people on the team. I still have to oversee what they're doing and edit anything that they do so that they look more uniform to my style.

It's a lengthy process that could still be done in a short amount of time but poor organization and rushed work will surely prove itself in the end. Not only that, how do you expect us to operate when we all don't communicate often? It's ridiculous. As a fucking admin and owner of this site, you need to make yourself fucking available at all times for everybody. Not just for the staff, but for the userbase as well. If you can't get online often, please at least get somebody else to oversee things. And I'm not talking about your equally useless sister as admin, please no. SOMEBODY THAT CAN ACTUALLY DO THINGS RIGHT. SOMEBODY THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING. SOMEBODY THAT KNOWS HOW TO MANAGE TIME. If you can't live up to these standards, please just step down and let the rest of the team handle everything.

We're not out to get your power. We honestly want this site to work out. But we can't if you're being too difficult. Have a bit more responsibility with your site and your team. *sighs*
