Well, like I said before, I don't really know what to make of Ryo's new song yet lol; It's not an insta-fav for me like with Melt, Koi wa Sensou, and World is Minw. It falls more under the "I-have-to-listen-to-an-assload-of-nice-covers-before-liking-it" category, like Black Rock Shooter. Honestly, I like the song and the lyrics itself, but Miku's voice isn't all that great D: So, like with BRS, I searched around for some covers.
As far as Vocaloid voices go, I think I like Len's version a bit more that Miku's. It starts off in that ear piercing voice people tend to give Len, but then it gets better and the chorus sounds nice. Len's version vaguely reminds me of Fire Flower lol I think his version would've been better if the person gave him his deeper, more mature sounding voice.
For real covers,
HaruhiNayuta's cover is..well, it's alright lol I was expecting something a bit more since it's Nayuta and all, but her voice was pretty soft throughout the whole song. And it's not really the good kind of soft too. It's just y'know, eh D:
I think I like
Purin's cover the most. Her voice really compliments the background music giving it that complete pop ballad feel.
Wota's voice in the beginning reminds me of Tsugumi's.
Clear's cover is my favorite one out of the male versions 8)
Is it just me or does his voice kinda sound like niisan's?teehee
